Seafood is so good for you that the British Nutrition Foundation says we should all be eating at least two portions of fish each week.
Bursting with protein, vitamins A, B and D and vital minerals zinc, iron, iodine and selenium; seafood is an incredibly nutritious and very low in fat. Oily fish like mackerel and sardines are packed with Omega-3 fatty acids which are renowned for lowering cholesterol levels, protecting the heart from disease and bringing relief from joint inflammation and arthritis.
